If you are an advanced or serious photographer looking to add more technical skill to your quiver then this is the lighting class for you. Blu’s Photography Lighting Techniques is a class designed specifically to assist the forward-looking photographers in understanding the key lighting techniques used in the studio. Additional instruction will be provided for the photographer looking to develop their skill level in using a speed light on your SLR camera. For the photography techniques used in the studio, participants will learn about he following lighting:
(a) Split Lighting (Broad & Short)
(b) Rembrandt Lighting/Rembrandt with fill lighting
(c) Butterfly Lighting
(d) Flat Lighting
(e) Using a speed light with your camera
My teaching style has been fashioned by my own photography instruction and by my experience working as a professional photographer. While I learned a lot about the craft of photography, I have only become better as I apply the instruction to my photography knowledge – take a picture to grow and develop. You only become better from taking the knowledge learned and provide application.
